Aintree Grackle Noseband – Brown
All Aintree bridles and accessories are made from some of the finest quality drum-dyed, veg tanned leather available.
Made from top quality leather. Named after the 1931 Grand National winner who wore one. Sometimes referred to as a Figure 8 noseband.
Grackle nosebands offer similar benefits as a drop noseband, but are said to be less constrictive to the horse’s breathing because the nose pressure is localised higher up the face.
A correctly fitted grackle noseband will have the centre piece (where the straps cross) sitting approximately in line with the end of the horse’s cheekbone.
